my first business cards

As preparation for La Vie en Rose I decided to make business cards for my blog.
The first decision to make was the design. I had this great shooting with Shawnee Thierolf and she allowed me to use the picture I already show you for my business cards.


I choose Vistaprint as partner for this project.
I ordered a tea cup, calender and a mousepad as presents.

I am really satisfied with the quality of the products.
The shipping was a bit xpensive but it was really fast so I think the cheaper one is also good.
I searched a bit and found a code to save money so I  think it was a good deal.

I am looking forward to Paris and hope to meet a lot of great people.

Beauty trends 2015

 Beauteque asked and I will answer them:

The (two) Top Beauty trends in 2015

The first will be the nude look.
You can see it in Paris or in Berlin on the runways.
No dramatic false lashes, no visible conturing with really dark colors and no unnatural dark skin.
And no more dramatic big eyebrows painted in black.


Everything will be light and a bit like a fairy.

Of course there is a night where you want to go out and have a more glamorous look.
No problem. Add some colors really bright ones or metal like.
But the colors will be only in one part of your face:
Either your eyes or your lips.

You can wear it as a eyeliner or eyeshadow.
But never in a dark dark smokey eye look like it was the year before.


It may look like it took only a few seconds but in real it is hard work to get this look because this trend needs a clear and well hydrated skin as base.

This will lead us to the second trend in 2015:
I think cremes but also cleaning products even in the lower price class will have high quality ingredients like it is common in eastern asia. Maybe the snail extract which is quite common in Asia will be found more often in western care products as well.

Instruction: Beauteque Spa towel

 All people with long hair know this problem.
After washing your hair you try to wrap them in a normal size towel to let them dry a bit or completly.

The Beauteque Valentine Bag contained a really funny beauty gadget.
I thought it would be useless to show only a picture.
I want to demonstrate that it works.

 Put the part with the button on your head.
Wrap your hair into the lower part of the towel.

 Turn it around your hair.

And put the open part over your head.

 Now fix the rubber band at the button and nothing can move anymore.


Yes, I works even for my long hair and it is great to proctect yourself from a cold head because of the wet hair and not to get wet clothes from them.

The first bag I got from Beauteque, a pink one, smelled really awful. But they impoved it and now the bags are great.

Great after a long party.
Will take it to Paris with me to look great at sunday.

 NextBeau-Collagen Sheet mask 2,50$
Sweet design.
The sheet masks are so comfortable.
Only open, put on the face and take away.
No dirty fingers or so.

 humanpia Costech-Arbutin Essence mask 2,50$
To give the skin flexibility and to moisture it.
Always good in winter.

Skin food- Black Bean Eyebrow pencil 11$
Sadly too dark for my eyerows.
Nice texture.

 It´s Skin-Mango White lip and eye remover 5$
They smell really good. I am really sensitive but I tried them under my eyes and nothing happened.
They are great for travels or weekendtrips.

I tried to remove the eyebrowpencil swatch and it worked well.

 TonyMoly- Petit Art Perfume mist 12$
Fresh Green
This is really commoin in asian beauty bags.
This should help you to stay fresh. It is not a heavy perfume it is more a bit like a summer rain if you get the right style.
Green fresh is not too sweet and so I will try it.
The biggest advance is that it is not a deodorant spray so you can take it to a party with you.

The lifestyle or better beauty gadget this time.

How does it work?

I tried it and it is great for long hair.

 The black bag.
On one side with a zipper bag inside, on the other side with two clear bags.

I didn´t like the card with the description of the products.

The design was a bit confusing.

Summary:
If I had bought it I would have paid 32,95$
This is a bit more then a normal memebox costs (which will not be shipped to Europe anymore)
.
I got a worth of 74,96$.

I think it is a great alternative to memebox.

• Some products in the bag can be chosen from a variety of products.
• You can have it as a subscription box and don´t have to rush to your PC every night.
• You  will get lifestyle products or jewelery
• Your products will be packes in a nice reusable beauty bag

Thank you for over 7500 visits.

I started this blog to show my family pictures from my holiday last May.

Then I added all my other activities and my addiction for surprise boxes.

Maybe I will have the opportunity to have one or wo shootings this year. If it is the case I will share the pictures with you.

Who knows?

I am happy that you like my small reports with hopefully enough pictures.

I know I am not a professional photographer and editor.

But I hope that this is one of the reasons why so many of you read my blog every time I add something.

My blog is taken from the real life of a normal woman.

I try my best to write in English because I also want to reach my present and future non german speaking friends.

review: Teatime Treasures

Browsing Facebook I discovered the European partner of Atelier Pierrot:
Teatime Treasures in the UK.
 I really love Atelier Pierot since I attended their Evening Party with Minori in Tokyo last May.

Atelier Pierrot will also sell some clothes in Paris at La vie en rose.
I already decided to spend some of my budget there but then I discovered that Teatime Treasures will have special New Years Sets for absolute great prices which will go on sale the day I discovered them.
Only one set would be avaible and so I had to be in time for the start of the sale.

I rushed home after work, was lucky and got the Set I wanted.

The sleeves of the Bolero are pure love.
 The dress is my first long dress but there are a lot of events where I can wear it.

My experiences:

I ordered the set at the 23th of January.
At the 26 th the contacted me about my adress. I made a mistake and so I am really happy about their meassage because they corrected my adress immediatly.
At the 30th they informed me that my parcel was posted at the 29th and gave me the tracking number.

Today is the 5th of February and it arrived save.
Great Service and contact.

 It was really well packed.

 I got a little business card and an Atelier Pierrot candy.
Really funny.
Each piece was wrapped in a plastic bag to protect it.

My set after unwrapping it.
I will add a worn picture and a review about the items later.

I really love all pieces.
The Bolero is so comfortable to wear. I think I will wash it today to wear it in Paris.

And now the best: The Price!
I paid 200 Euro including shipping.

Instore at the release the dress was about 27700 Yen, the Princess Sleeve Bolero about 13440 Yen and the moon tear choker 3885 Yen so in total 45025 Yen

I felt in love with the Bolero when I saw it first but it was too expensive at that time.

I am really happy with this set and I am glad I discovered it.

I will watch the store and maybe they will have something I really need.
Why ordering in Japan with a lot of fees if there is a store in Europe?
The prices are just abit higher but they want to run their business and I save cusom fees.
The prices are not as ridiculous as other stores in Europe with japanese brands.
