These are not simple ramen-these are cakes.
Really funny in the train station of Shinjuku.

Q-Pot Cafe Harajuku

 The outside of the Cafe.
We arrived too early so we went to the flagship store nearby.

 A whole building full of Q-Pot.

We spend there some minutes and went back to the cafe.

The room we booked was the secret room.
We had to ring a little bell and the secret door opened.

 The coffee was designed not just a coffee with milk.

 The chandelier above the table was melting.

 I ordered afternoon Tea.
Salty and sweet mixed.

 The cookies were shaped like some of the articles in the collection or is the collection shaped like them?

 A croissant with egg and cheese.

 I had french cider

 I took pictures of the menu to show you all the delicious things.

Milky way Cafe Ikebukuro

 After the fake food workshop we met a friend and went to Ikebukuro.
She showed us Milky Way Cafe.

 Everything was delicious and designed for this restaurant.

What a nice idea for a business card.

 My dessert was a hugh banana ice cream sundae.

 Guess what this is?

 It is a peanut puff.

Really funny to mix salty and sweet but I enjoyed it.
Nice idea.

Fake Food Crafting

 We booked a course to learn a bit about fake food.
I really appreciate all the displayed food.
If the waiter didn´t understand me I always had the possibility to go out with him and point at the food I want to order.

In earlier times this fake food was made of wax.
Wax is soft and can be colored but it can also melt away in sunlight or break when it drops.

 My mother decided to create fake curry with rice.

 First mix the plastic rice with glue.

 Put it in the plate.

 These are made from wax and so they can be softened by putting into hot water.

 After a while you can cut them with a pair of scissors

 Put it on the rice

Dip for the curry look.

 After drying it became matt so it needed some shiny painting.

 

 Tasty looking curry-nearly ready to eat.

I decided to make an ice cream sundae.
I could choose the color of the glass.

All the yummy looking toppings

I chose these.

First layer of icecream.

Finish!

A friend of mine wanted to join us.
Sadly she felt sick and so I made the one I booked for her.

My mother felt in love with the keychainrings.
We had some time left and so I also made this.
